I provide exclusive coaching and mentorship for new and established managers and leaders, generally working in the software/technology industries.  I limit this to four concurrent candidates in any year and the duration can be anywhere from three to twelve months depending on each person’s availability.

I do not charge for this work but it is not free.  I work on the basis of reciprocity, selecting individuals from whom I can also learn.

The development program I run is lightweight and loosely tailored to you, the individual. We will identify your strengths and weaknesses whilst you develop a goal-driven plan for progression towards your career or other specific goals. Central to this process is a detailed introspection and comparison against perceptions of you from your network and professional context.

My intake is ad hoc and on a very limited basis to ensure I can dedicate the relevant amount of time to each participant.

Participants generally come from my own network and through referrals but I am open to new contacts.  The programme spans a minimum of 3 months with at least monthly calls/meetings to review progress.  Upon completion, regular checkpoints will be set up to assess progress against your plan.
